We all walk through this life day in and day out and so many times we just don’t know the ‘why’, the ‘what am I here for’; what is my purpose for being here on this earth. God, what is your purpose for this life? Then we move forward trying to figure it out on our own, choosing what we ‘think’ is the answer and not really knowing. Hitting road blocks, obstacles and being unhappy and very frustrated with where we are; still asking why, and what I am meant to do. Life goes by and so many get to the end of our lives and look back and still have no answers to these questions, and leave this earth feeling empty and void of the purpose that we were placed here to fulfill. I was on that path, that hamster wheel. I knew that there was a purpose, I was trying to find the answer, but I was half looking. Half looking and half listening. I think we all do this. We are not taking the time to be still and hear from the one that gave us life. We are missing all that he has purposed for us because we don’t go to him to seek his perfect purpose for us. When we stop and are still, when we are intimate with him, it is then that we are seeking his will and seeking his face and we can then hear his heart and know the life of love and purpose that he wants to give each of us. Be still before life’s hard lessons take you down that hard and tough road, knowing that you will at some point be stilled. Just take the time and listen, hear the love that he wants to pour on you, showing you just what he wants for the amazing life that he has given to you. I found mine and my life has forever been changed, yours can too!
