To overcome the problem of self-hatred, we must endeavour to love our neighbour as ourselves. Loving the other image teaches how best we can express love to ourselves and others. This book reveals that the premise of loving others begins with oneself. It is a challenge to love and receive love from others if you don’t accept yourself or finds it arduous to be authentically you. This book is in three sections. The first part explains the concept of love, thus, the misconceptions of self-love, characteristics of self-love and a comprehensive definition of self-love. The second aspect entails pillars of love, which will guide the reader on ways to express self-love. The last section gives practical ways of loving our neighbour. The ultimate goal of this book is to serve readers with hands-on measures that can help us fulfill the basic need of humanity: the need to love and to be loved. Author: Moses A. Ameyaw is an Elder and the National Secretary of the Church of Pentecost – China. He’s very passionate about youth development. He’s the author of “The Power of the Truth,” “Hangzhou Souls” (A group book of different Poets) and Streams of Poetry. Moses is also a communicator who seeks to assist people in various means in expressing a better version of themselves. He’s the founder of YOUCUS (a non-profit organization) that is basically projected via a website (youcus.com), and it has over 60 blogs (write-ups) that cut across critical issues of life such as love, purpose, wealth, motivation and among others. Moses is of the view that when you discover yourself, it will uncover you. He holds his master's in International Business from Wuhan University. Currently, He’s furthering his education at Zhejiang Gongshang University in Hangzhou.
