"Don't worry, they're going to a better place" is what we hear when a loved one is slowly drifting away from terminal illness.  Nobody's starting CPR.  Nobody's bringing the AED.  Nobody's initiating any life-saving measures.  Death is imminently expected, and everyone gracefully waits for the last breath....the last  sound...the last heartbeat. But far too often, this is the same stance we #ACCEPT for our lives while we are still living it every day.  We're just going through the motions.  Life is nothing more than existing, even as we put on the facade of happiness to the world while breaking down inside. "My life's a mess: there's nothing I can do about it now."  "If it's meant to be, it will be." "I've done all I can do." "I'm tired.  I have nothing left to give."  (I've literally said that last one a number of times when work and family issues just completely took over  my whole life.  My spirit felt it now as I wrote it. If I didn't know how to resuscitate myself....)  "It's too late, or I'm too old, to start over now." "I'm not (INSERT WORD) enough to make it like (INSERT NAME)." "If God wants me to have it, He will give it to me." The devil is a lie!! YOU can get your life back on track, or maybe it's best to just get on a new track.  Life is not passive osmosis; if you want change, then make change. I know you say that sounds too easy and overly simplified.  However, the truth often is just that: easy and simple.  The problem is not the truth; the problem is that we don't want to deal with, handle, or admit the truth of our reality, so as a result we prohibit ourselves from putting forth or making the necessary efforts to change our current truth to the desired truth.  In other words, if you want to just waste your life away, do nothing  and you will accomplish that goal. You can breathe Oxygen into your own life's lungs again. There #IS a second, third, and even fourth, wind in you.  And whether you know it or not now, you got a whole lot --- I said a whooole lot -- of living still left in you.  As individualized as every snow flake out of millions, and every dental record out of billions, is the beauty of you and what you bring. Don't be deceived. It's never too late for you. You are never too old, short, tall, skinny, obese, poor, rich, uneducated, educated, average, incarcerated, divorced, a single parent, fallen from grace, backslidden, nor your life too full of mistakes and bad decisions, to re-brand your life and pump hard enough to start your life's heart to beating again. God #ALREADY gave you the keys to success inside of you; whether or not you will open and walk through the door is now up to you. And it doesn't matter if anyone believes you can...if you will believe.  Ahhh...just gave you the first breath.  If you will believe in you...just saw your lungs expand.  But don't worry, I got the life CPR and AED in this book!  I know it works because despite as successful as people have seen my life become as Attorney Evangelist Rawsi Williams, Esq., R.N., who went from a Registered Nurse to a prominent Attorney and Evangelist, my life was on that figurative deathbed of terminal illness, waiting for the last breath because I was so literally overwhelmed and internally unfulfilled that I thought I would just throw in the towel: I was tired.  I had nothing else left to give.  But I remembered the power in me. And I resuscitated myself!  I want to bring someone else from the valley of death.  Come on in, let's get you to living again...
